Agency Guidelines
Platform Use & Responsibilities
McRental provides a platform for verified rental agencies to list their vehicles and manage rentals with customers across cities and countries. By using McRental, your agency agrees to comply with the following guidelines.
Verification & Listing
All agencies must submit official documentation to verify their rental operations. McRental verifies agencies, but not individual cars. Agencies are responsible for the accuracy of car information, pricing, availability, and document validity.
Rental Management
Agencies must respond to bookings promptly and ensure that vehicles are delivered as described. If a rental must be cancelled, it should be done within 24 hours of booking. Late cancellations may affect your reputation and standing on the platform.
Agencies must notify McRental of any issues related to rentals or customers via support@mcrental.app.
Customer Support & Behavior
Agencies are expected to treat all customers with professionalism and respect. Any inappropriate behavior, discrimination, or poor conduct may lead to account review or removal from the platform.
Damage & Liability
Agencies are responsible for defining rental agreements that clearly state terms related to vehicle condition, insurance, deposits, and liabilities. In case of damage or loss, the agency and renter must resolve the matter based on the agreement. McRental does not assume responsibility for damages.
Payments
Rental agencies are responsible for collecting the remaining payment upon vehicle delivery. Agencies are encouraged to offer secure card terminals if possible. The 15% upfront fee paid through McRental is held for platform processing and confirmation.
