Return & Refund Policy

This policy governs cancellations, returns, and refunds on the McRental platform.

1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Full Refund: A full refund is available if the user cancels before the commencement of car delivery, within 24 hours of the rental's effective date, or prior to the scheduled rental start date.

No Refund: No refund will be issued if the car delivery is already in progress, after 24 hours from the rental effective date, or after the rental start date.

3. Refund Method

Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method. Processing usually takes up to 72 hours.

4. Disputes & Claims

Any disputes regarding delivery, car condition, or miscommunication must be reported within 24 hours of rental start time. McRental will mediate based on available evidence.
