Return & Refund Policy

This policy governs cancellations, returns, and refunds on the McRental platform.

1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Full Refund: Available only if the user cancels before car delivery has started.

No Refund: If the car is already being delivered or has been delivered, refunds are not granted.

2. Delivery/Return Fees

Paid delivery and return fees are refundable only if the rental is canceled before the delivery process starts.

3. Refund Method

Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

4. Disputes & Claims

Any disputes regarding delivery, car condition, or miscommunication must be reported within 24 hours of rental start time. McRental will mediate based on available evidence.
