Payment options & what happens next
At checkout you choose how to pay. That choice determines whether your rental is confirmed right away or sent to the agency as a request.
Pay part amount
You pay a portion of the rental online when you book. Once payment succeeds, your rental is initially confirmed and the agency is notified. You pay any remaining balance according to your agreement with the agency (for example at pickup).
Pay full amount
You pay the full rental price online when you book. Once payment succeeds, your rental is initially confirmed and the agency is notified. No further rental charge is due online for that booking.
Pay at pickup
No rental payment is collected online at booking. Your booking is sent to the rental agency as a request. The agency reviews it and may accept or decline. You only pay the agency at pickup if the request is accepted and you proceed with the rental.

Open the App
After launching the app, you'll arrive on the Explore screen, where all available cars are listed.
Browse or Search
Scroll through the listings to find the best deals, or use the search bar to look for cars in other cities.
View Car Details
Tap on a car to see its photos, features, reviews, and information about the rental agency.
Start the Booking
When you're ready, tap "Rent Now" at the bottom of the screen.
Set Rental Details
Choose your rental start and end dates, and select a delivery or return location if the provider offers this option.
Confirm & Pay
Choose pay part amount, pay full amount, or pay at pickup. Complete online payment when required for your selected option.
Booking Confirmation
If you paid part or full amount online, your rental is initially confirmed and the agency is notified. If you chose pay at pickup, your booking is sent to the agency as a request to review.
Manage Your Booking
Go to the Rentals screen to view your booking. Tap "See Details" to check all the information about your rental.
Chat with the Agency
Use the in-app Chat feature to talk directly with the agency. All conversations will appear in the Chats screen.
