Rental Confirmation and Cancellation Rules

• Pay part or pay full online: your rental is initially confirmed when payment succeeds. Pay at pickup: your booking is a request until the agency accepts.
• If the agency cancels before the rental starts, McRental refunds 100% of any amount you paid online.
• Full refund if you cancel inside the full-refund window: until 24 hours before start when you booked ≥ 24h ahead, or until halfway between booking and start when that gap is under 24h. After the window (before start): no refund on pay-part; 90% refund on pay-full; pay-at-pickup has no online charge. After start or once delivery has begun, online payments are generally not refundable except where required by law.
