Welcome to McRental. By accessing or using the McRental mobile app or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Overview

McRental is a third-party platform connecting car rental agencies with customers seeking to rent vehicles. All rentals, delivery, and return services are managed through the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our services.

3. Agency and Car Listings

Car rental agencies are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including availability, pricing, delivery areas, and conditions. Each agency must ensure their cars meet legal and safety standards.

4. Delivery & Return

Delivery and return of vehicles are available as a paid service. Each car's delivery radius and associated fees are set by the rental agency and are clearly stated in the listing.

5. Payments

All payments are securely processed by Stripe. Rental fees, delivery fees, and return fees are collected at the time of booking and held until the rental process is complete.

Users may cancel a rental any time before the car delivery begins for a full refund. Once the car is en route or delivery has begun, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

McRental acts solely as an intermediary and is not liable for any damages, delays, accidents, or disputes arising from the rental agreement between the agency and the customer.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes must first be addressed through McRental’s internal support and resolution system. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the car rental transaction occurred. Legal proceedings must be brought in the appropriate courts of that country, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
