Rental Rules and Conduct

McRental has a strict policy against offensive or inappropriate language. Any use of bad language in messages or interactions may lead to your account being flagged or suspended.

Users must be authenticated to access all app features, including booking rentals.

If a user places a rental order but fails to show up at the delivery location or does not pick up the car without prior cancellation or notice, this may lead to account suspension and, in serious cases, legal consequences.

Car Listing Responsibility

McRental verifies the legality of car rental agencies and their authorization to rent cars. However, we do not verify every individual car listed on the app. Customers are fully responsible for checking all car-related documents and validity upon pickup.

Damage or Loss

If the car is damaged or lost during the rental period, the renter is fully responsible. The terms of responsibility and compensation are based on the rental agreement signed with the rental agency. McRental is not responsible for any damage or loss.
